PVA Mould Release Agent is designed to form a thin release film between a mould surface and compatible resin or composite material, helping prevent the finished component from bonding to the mould. This makes demoulding easier and helps reduce the risk of damaging either the mould or completed part during removal.
Supplied in a 1kg pack, it is suitable for fibreglass moulding, composite fabrication and other applications using compatible polyester resin systems. Applied correctly to a properly prepared mould, the PVA creates a temporary barrier that supports clean and reliable separation once the component has cured.
