Fibreglass Chopped Strand Mat is a reinforcement material made from randomly distributed glass fibres, designed for use with compatible resin systems to create strong, durable composite laminates. The random fibre orientation helps provide reinforcement in multiple directions while allowing the mat to conform to a variety of shapes and surfaces.
With a 300 g/m² weight and supplied in a 2 kg pack, it is suitable for fibreglass fabrication, laminating, repairs and general composite work. Once saturated with the appropriate resin, the mat can be layered to build the required thickness and strength for the application.
