CEELAC Coatings OPEP Primer - 5 lit

Ceelac O.P.E.P is a single pack, solvent-based, anti-corrosive metal etch primer with excellent adhesion and quick drying properties. This primer provides an excellent base for subsequent re-coating with other conventional primers, intermediate coats and topcoats such as enamels and acrylics. Must be used with One Pack Etch Primmer thinners.
